Urban Commercial Hub at Shenda Park, Kolhapur. The project focuses on sustainable design, community-focused spaces, functional efficiency, and green terraces with open spaces. It incorporates strategic urban location, mixed use development, passive design strategies, and responsive architecture to create a vibrant commercial destination.

The design features green terraces and open spaces integrated throughout the multi-story commercial building. The project employs passive design strategies and mixed-use development principles. The building includes retail spaces (shops, cafeteria) at ground level with multiple upper floors featuring planted terraces and a decorative central vertical element.
