Project description

The project proposes the redesign of 3C Cafe (Cars Collection Cafe) in Surabaya as an innovative automotive learning destination. Surabaya has a growing automotive culture but lacks a permanent space that meaningfully integrates automotive theme, recreation, and community interaction. The concept focuses on creating an immersive space using multisensory spatial journey and technologies that stimulate visual, auditory, tactile, and emotional engagement. By integrating immersive technology and spatial storytelling, the design repositions 3C Cafe as an automotive social gallery that transforms passive observation into active exploration, creating a more engaging, memorable, and meaningful user experience.

Technical information

The design incorporates immersive, multisensory, and technology-driven tools for education and entertainment. Floor plans show multiple levels with gallery spaces, a battery gallery, and café areas integrated within the automotive-themed environment. The color palette features warm and dark tones to complement the automotive aesthetic.
