District Wave is an urban design project featuring a wave-inspired master plan at 1:200 scale. The design incorporates circulation analysis, commercial zones, family areas, and open public spaces. The project includes SWOT analysis and market studies to inform the design decisions. The layout features curved building arrangements that create flowing public spaces between structures, with landscaping and pedestrian-friendly pathways. The design considers environmental energy strategies, materials selection, and sustainable approaches.
