Project idea

A residential development at 9-11 Bevis Street featuring a multi-story building with contemporary design. The project resulted in 11 individual apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom, a basement carpark and a roof top terrace.

Project description

The project is a residential development comprising a multi-level building with basement, ground floor, first floor, and second floor levels plus roof top terrace. The design features modern architectural elements including balconies with views and planter box balustrades, a combination of brick and rendered facades, and landscaped surroundings with native plantings. The drawing set includes comprehensive working drawings covering floor plans, elevations, sections, wall type schedules, construction details, kitchen details, and window and door schedules.

Technical information

The project documentation includes basement plan, ground floor plan, first floor plan, second floor plan, and roof plan at 1:100 scale. Elevations at 1:100, sections at 1:100, wall type schedules at 1:10, detailed wall sections at 1:20, vertical circulation details at 1:50, construction details at 1:10, kitchen details at 1:20, window schedules at 1:50, and door schedules at 1:50.
