Project description

The project presents a hand-rendered ground floor plan of a weekend cottage set within a landscaped site. The design includes living spaces, bedrooms, utility areas, and a central courtyard with stone paving. The site features pools/water bodies surrounding the courtyard area, garden spaces with various plantings including mango, neem, bamboo palm, and shrubs. The property is accessed from a road on the left side, with parking provisions indicated by triangular markers. The landscape design integrates multiple tree species and garden elements throughout the site.

Site dimensions are indicated on the drawing. The plant schedule includes Ficus, Bamboo Palm, Mango, Neem, and Shrubs with their respective symbols and quantities. Windows noted as approximately 21 in number, doors approximately 21. The plan shows room dimensions and structural elements rendered in watercolor technique.
