Project idea

The main concept of the project was to create a modern cottage in the neoclassical style. The interior was designed according to the lifestyle and wishes of the clients — a young family. Special attention was given to functionality, comfort, and the use of high-quality materials.

The common areas became the compositional center of the house. They are designed to be as spacious, bright, and open as possible, with plenty of natural light. Private rooms, on the other hand, have a more intimate atmosphere, softer lighting, and a warm color palette that promotes relaxation and coziness.

Project description

The house is designed for permanent living for a young family and consists of a spacious entry area, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in closets, and technical and utility rooms.

The layout is designed to clearly separate the public and private areas. At the center is the kitchen-living room, which serves as the main space for spending time together. The bedrooms are located in the quieter part of the house, providing privacy and comfort.

Thanks to the generous project budget, the interior features premium finishing materials, natural stone, decorative panels, quality furniture, and modern lighting systems.

Technical information

The project is designed for a young family and features functional zoning of the space, dividing it into public, private, and technical areas.

The house includes:

- an entrance hall with a wardrobe area;
- a hall with a central staircase;
- a spacious kitchen combined with a dining area;
- a living room with a hybrid wood-burning fireplace;
- a separate guest living room;
- the master bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom;
- a children's bedroom;
- a guest bedroom;
- separate walk-in closets;
- bathrooms;
- technical rooms.

For the house's engineering systems, there is a separate boiler room with a wood-fired heating boiler and all necessary engineering equipment.

The layout ensures a logical placement of all functional areas: the public part is centered around the kitchen, dining room, and living room, while the bedrooms and private rooms are located in a separate quiet part of the house, creating comfortable conditions for the residents to relax.
