A thoughtful sanctuary designed in the spirit of warm minimalism by eliminating visual noise, replacing chaos with clear structure, comfort, and architectural logic.
The project concept is based on the art of sensory balance. This cottage replaces chaos with clear structure, comfort, and architectural logic. At the heart of the design is complete sensory comfort in every detail — from advanced acoustic insulation and soft adaptive lighting to natural, tactile materials and a calm color scheme. These elements work together to create an atmosphere of absolute peace, not a sterile environment but a truly warm living home. It is a gentle space crafted to support daily routines, nurture rest, and offer emotional decompression for the entire family.
The design features a two-story cottage with a pitched roof, combining wood cladding and white rendered walls with large glazed openings. Floor plans show ground floor and upper floor layouts with living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and service spaces. Interior materials include natural wood, stone countertops, and herringbone wood flooring.
