Project description

Kinder Loop is a kindergarten/early childhood education facility designed to foster early cognitive growth in children. The project explores how architectural spaces can be shaped to support learning, play, and developmental milestones for young children. The design incorporates outdoor and indoor spaces with colorful, child-friendly environments featuring gardens, play areas, and interactive learning spaces.

Building Form: Low-rise, curvilinear clustered layout with courtyards.
Structure: RCC frame with load-bearing brick masonry.
Foundation: Reinforced concrete isolated footings.
Roofing: RCC slab with thermal insulation and waterproofing having terracotta cup details for thermal envelop.
Flooring: Non-slip tiles, rubber/vinyl flooring , anti-skid tiles in wet areas.
Doors & Windows:Child-scale openings with low sill-height windows for visual connectivity.
Ventilation: Natural cross-ventilation supplemented by mechanical cooling where required.
Lighting: Maximum daylight utilization with energy-efficient LED fixtures.

Fire Safety: Fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and evacuation routes.
