The core concept of this private house in Gnidyn was to seamlessly harmonize the diverse lifestyle needs of a modern family under one roof. The design intelligently balances active communal spaces intended for entertaining with tranquil, private retreats, ensuring that every family member's unique wishes are reflected in the cohesive whole
This project is an exercise in masterful contrasts, embracing an eclectic style that marries clean minimalism with rich, classical-inspired elements. The spatial arrangement resolves complex architectural challenges, such as integrating a difficult sloping attic, while simultaneously delivering chic, luxurious master and guest bedrooms. It elegantly juxtaposes vibrant, high-energy entertainment areas with serene, quiet zones. Detailed attention was given to the color palette and materials, incorporating deep olive greens, ivory, and natural wood textures to create a highly personalized, functional, and aesthetically striking environment.
The technical documentation of the project is executed with exceptional precision and detail, reflecting advanced BIM engineering and 3D modeling standards. The drawing package is comprehensive and meticulously detailed, including: accurate measurement, dismantling, and installation plans. It features highly specific furniture layouts and complex ceiling and flooring plans. Furthermore, the project contains deeply engineered utility layouts—such as electrical grids (socket and lighting plans), plumbing networks (water supply and sewerage profiles), and ventilation systems. Wall sweeps perfectly detail the tile layouts, while custom architectural elements like the suspended bio-fireplace and the staircase assembly are highly specified. Every technical drawing is carefully dimensioned, annotated, and cross-referenced to ensure flawless implementation by contractors.
