Project idea

The RONQ Hotel represents a sophisticated fusion of Art Deco style with modern hospitality design, located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The project aims to redefine the hospitality landscape by offering an all-encompassing experience catering to diplomats, executives, and travelers seeking luxury accommodation.

Project description

The hotel design incorporates Art Deco aesthetic elements with contemporary interior architecture. The project includes hotel reception areas, conference rooms, lounges, guest rooms, a gym and yoga facility, a swimming pool, and various hospitality spaces. The design features rich color schemes with deep reds, golds, and dark tones complemented by warm wood finishes and ornate detailing. The floor plan follows an organic curved layout with centralized circulation. Bubble diagrams, zoning studies, and circulation analysis inform the spatial organization. The exterior facade draws from classical architectural vocabulary reinterpreted through an Art Deco lens.

Technical information

The project includes detailed floor plans, room plans, site analysis of the Administrative Capital location, color scheme and material boards, matrix diagrams, bubble diagrams, circulation studies, zoning diagrams, working details, a building section, and visualization of the exterior facade. The site analysis addresses climate considerations including solar angles, wind patterns, and precipitation data relevant to the Egyptian context.
