Conversion of a kindergarten and nursery into a retirement home in Prievidza.

Project description

The project proposes the adaptive reuse of an existing unused buildings which were once kindergarten and nursery facility, transforming it into a senior living home in the city of Prievidza. The visualization shows a low-rise white building set within a landscaped green environment with curved pathways.

Technical information

The construction is made out mainly of light prefabricated concrete, some parts are made of bricks and other of regular reinforced concrete. Surfaces are mostly white lithium plaster
