The project investigates the design of a contemporary three-storey family residence that combines functionality, architectural simplicity and a close relationship with the surrounding landscape. The aim is to provide comfortable living spaces with a clear functional organization, abundant natural daylight and a strong connection between interior and exterior environments.
The proposal consists of a modern three-storey detached family house characterized by clean architectural forms, a flat roof and extensive glazed façades. The building is organized to provide a logical separation of living, private and recreational spaces across the individual floors. The composition is enhanced by timber façade cladding, spacious terraces, a pergola and an outdoor swimming pool, creating a harmonious relationship between the house and the garden while emphasizing openness, privacy and contemporary living.
The building is designed as a reinforced concrete structure combined with masonry walls and a flat roof construction. The façade integrates high-performance thermal insulation, energy-efficient glazing and natural timber cladding to achieve durability, thermal comfort and a modern architectural appearance. The design incorporates passive solar principles, optimized daylight access and sustainable material selection to improve the overall energy performance of the building.
