Project idea

Atheer Digital Art Center is an immersive cultural hub where architecture and digital technology merge into one continuous spatial experience. Inspired by the movement of marine vortices along the coast of New Alamein City, the design transforms the fluid motion of ocean waves into seamless architectural forms. Curved spaces, dynamic circulation, and interactive environments create a journey that encourages creativity, exploration, and engagement with digital art. The project aims to redefine how visitors experience culture by blending innovation with the natural rhythm of the sea.

Project description

The Atheer Digital Art Center features spaces including a lecture room, reception area, interactive VR zone, exhibition hall, breakout zone, focal point and seating areas, administrative offices, and a meeting area. The design integrates continuous elliptical curves inspired by marine dynamics, featuring a digital sculpture and an immersive digital environment culminating in a Digital Theater. The project is located in New Alamein City, Egypt, and incorporates sustainable development goals aligned with UN SDGs including SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
