Project idea

Design of a family house featuring brick facade and modern architectural elements integrated with outdoor living spaces.

Project description

A family house project with a distinctive brick exterior, gabled roof forms, and large windows. The design includes a swimming pool and landscaped garden, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The house appears to be a two-story structure with contemporary proportions.

Technical information

foundations: the building is based on concrete foundation strips made of plain concrete. the ground floor structure is formed by a reinforced concrete slab, placed on a compacted gravel substrate. vertical load-bearing structures: the peripheral load-bearing walls are designed as masonry made of ceramic bricks with a thickness of 300 mm. horizontal load-bearing structures: the ceiling structure is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a bracket which supports the balcony structure on the garden facade. the internal staircase is designed as a wooden, two-street. non-load-bearing structures: internal partitioning partitions are made of 150-200mm bricks.
waterproofing: protection of the building from ground moisture is provided by the full-surface insulation of waterproofing asphalt strips on the concrete base slab with a terminal wall above ground level. the flat roof of the garage is insulated with a waterproofing foil resistant to root overgrowth.
thermal insulation: the building meets strict energy criteria. the perimeter shell is insulated with a contact insulation system (etics) using eps. the floor on the terrain is insulated with
floor polystyrene. the sloped gable roof is insulated with over-rifter insulation from pir
boards, where the rafts are visible and acknowledged
ROOF: sloped gable roof with wooden rafting. the roof covering is a jointed metal mounted
on battens and counter-battens with a secure waterproofing foil.
a flat vegetation roof, sloped towards the attic. above the part of the terrace balcony is
a base layer of exterior tiles.
opening filling: windows and balcony doors are designed with insulated triple glazing in a modern
wood-aluminum design with an interrupted thermal bridge, which ensures minimum heat leakage.
the entrance gate to the garage is electrically driven.
