Project description

The project presents a two-story community center building with a prominent dark stone central volume featuring an arched entrance, flanked by lighter-toned wings with regular fenestration. The building is set within a landscaped environment with trees.

Technical information

The building is based on a precast reinforced concrete frame, extended by one additional structural bay. The facades are predominantly glazed, allowing for maximum utilization of the available space. This structural solution ensures a flexible layout while maximizing the efficiency of the interior.
