A building located in Tel Aviv between Ibn Gabirol Street and a quiet inner boulevard, functioning as an urban landing — a transitional space between the city and residential life, transforming circulation into a place for pause, encounter, and community.
The project proposes a building that functions as an urban landing, a transitional space between the city and residential life. Two circulation cores create two distinct modes of living: one open and community-oriented, organized around a system of stairs and landings; the other intimate and conventional, offering a more private residential experience. Just as a stair landing provides a moment to pause and change direction, the building creates a gradual transition between public and private, transforming circulation into a place for pause, encounter, and community.
The building features a central circulation core and a secondary circulation core. Apartments are organized around the core with two typologies: conventional living and community-oriented living. The design includes ground floor commercial/public spaces with residential units above. Drawings include ground plan at 1:100, second and fourth floor plans at 1:200, elevations to Ibn Gabirol and Inner Boulevard at 1:100, and section A-A at 1:100.
