Project idea

An Innovation hub that lies in Matrouh that is a place, organization, or ecosystem that brings together people, resources, and ideas to create and develop new products, services, technologies, or business models.

Project description

The project is located in Matrouh and features a multi-functional complex comprising reception areas, entrance lobbies, prayer rooms, seminar halls, garages, main business sector entrance, side entrances for workers, meeting rooms, office spaces, lounges, showrooms, changing rooms, food courts, snack bars, services for maintenance, multipurpose rooms, workshops, mini meeting rooms, private meeting rooms, a hall, library, digital library, storage rooms, parking, and placeholder areas. The design employs a horizontal layered and intersecting construct where there are three main nodes that break said intersection with a purpose.

Technical information

The project includes a master plan at 1:400 scale, first and second floor plans at 1:500, site plan at 1:1000, front view elevation at 1:200, workspace view elevation at 1:200, sections A-A and B-B at 1:200, and 3D section C-C.The project features an exploded workspace diagram cutout showing the layered structural and spatial organization.
