Project description

MASAR is a digital innovation hub situated on Bahjat Al Talhouni Street in the Dabouq area of Amman, Jordan. The project combines contemporary architectural language with local materials such as stone and corten steel, featuring large glazed facades, perforated screen elements, and rooftop structures. The building is designed to serve a residential district along a major collector road, integrating green building technology principles into its design.
