The project proposes a vertical social ecosystem within the dense urban node of GEC, Chattogram. The tower functions as a social condenser, where movement, interaction and public life revolve through a vertical framework.
Spaces are organized as orbiting layers of activity, enabling dynamic connections between people, views and circulation. An exposed structural lattice and open platforms shape the tower as both an urban landmark and a vertical social infrastructure.
The project is conceived as a porous vertical hub integrating public, semi-public and private programs within a unified structural framework.
Lower levels activate the street with plazas, commercial spaces and social gathering zones, strengthening the urban interface. Mid-level platforms host collaborative and flexible activity spaces, while upper floors accommodate more controlled environments.
An exposed structural exoskeleton defines the architectural identity, generating terraces, platforms and social pockets that shape a vertical community orbiting around shared space.
The project is a high-rise mixed-use social hub at GEC Circle, Chattogram, designed as a Social Orbit – Vertical Social Infrastructure. Featuring an exposed steel exoskeleton, it organizes spaces vertically from public to controlled functions, with layered platforms and interaction decks. Environmental strategies include natural ventilation, shading, and vertical terraces, making it a landmark tower and urban social node.
