Project idea

Designing a space for an iconic global brand like Mercedes-Benz is more than just creating a showroom; it's about translating a rich heritage into an architectural masterpiece.

In this project, design is viewed as a carefully considered spatial experience, where architecture becomes a vessel for the brand's core philosophy: "The Best or Nothing." The challenge wasn't simply to display the cars, but to elevate them—to transform each car into a focal point within a meticulously designed environment.

The design language is based on fluidity and precision, using sleek lines and luxurious reflective surfaces that embody the values ​​of speed, precision, and perfection. Here, simplicity doesn't equate to emptiness, but rather to absolute control; every element has a purpose, and every detail serves a unified visual narrative.

Lighting plays a pivotal role as a guiding force, shaping movement and perception. The space transforms into a stage where engineering prowess is showcased—not just as a product, but as an immersive and lived experience.

This project represents my personal vision of contemporary luxury—a blend of simplicity and emotion, where the brand identity merges with spatial design to create a timeless experience.

Project description

I did not design this project as a conventional showroom. I envisioned it as a spatial narrative—an immersive architectural experience that translates the philosophy of “Modern Luxury” defined by Mercedes-Benz into a tangible, human-centered environment.

As an academic, non-commercial project, this work is deeply rooted in my personal admiration and passion for Mercedes-Benz as an iconic symbol of precision, innovation, and refined design. Through this project, I sought not to replicate the brand, but to reinterpret its essence—transforming its identity into space, light, proportion, and movement.

The project gained meaningful recognition when it was acknowledged by Mercedes-Benz Saudi Arabia through their official social media platforms.
This moment represented a significant validation of the design’s ability to resonate with the spirit of the brand while offering a fresh and contemporary architectural perspective.

This work is not an official collaboration. It is an independent conceptual exploration—one that reflects my identity as a designer, my pursuit of excellence, and my belief that architecture has the power to bridge emotion, brand identity, and human experience into a unified spatial language.

Technical information

The project adopts "Structural Honesty" through an exposed industrial ceiling in matte obsidian black, reflecting the mechanical power validated by the brand’s aesthetic standards. To create a unique sensory experience:

​Polished Concrete & Glazing: Create a sense of infinite modernity.

​Natural Walnut & Premium Leather: Balance the industrial coldness with "Old Money" warmth.

​Dynamic Lighting: Linear LED paths act as navigational guides, accentuating the vehicles' silhouettes—a feature that garnered significant professional attention for its precision and alignment with Mercedes-Benz’s visual identity.
