Project idea
Students were asked to design an urban infill building which would be situated along Bloor Street.
Project description
I was assigned 739 Bloor Street which faces the large Christie Pitts Park. I was asked to design a coffee shop + one unit residence.
Technical information
Maximum height of 14 meters, had to follow Ontario Building Code (OBC).
