Project idea

The swimming pool project is located on the left bank of the Tom River, near two actively developing residential areas: North Park and Levoberezhny Life. The location is a beautiful spot on the shore of a small lake. The idea behind the project is to create a point of attraction for two large neighborhoods, so it was important to provide both sports and relaxation opportunities.
The building's shape associated with the wings of an airplane or a bird, and the roof lighting and buttresses at the ends of the building emphasize this flying form.

Project description

The project includes three swimming pools: one 50*24 m for athletes and major competitions, one 25*11 m for regular visitors, and one children's pool. Each pool has changing rooms with showers, as well as warm-up rooms and a training class.
On the second floor, there are stands, massage rooms, and facilities for pool staff.
The 45-meter and 29-meter spans are covered with large-span glued timber trusses.
