Project idea

The idea behind this project was to create a comfortable temporary stay for immigrants and victims of domestic violence. My goal was to create a safe space for them, adding as much green areas as I can.
The from of the house is inspired by spiral. The way floors spin around the staircase, the same way life evolves around the person.

Project description

Comlex contains 4 blocked houses, making it 8 living houses in total. The third house in the middle is the common area, as I did not want to make a living space without windows.
Excluding houses, comlex have such comodities as parking area, children playground, outdoor cafe and stage and kindergarten/primary school.

Technical information

Houses are made out of concrete, steel and glass. I took inspiration from constructivism architecture, this is why my focus was on the shape, rather than materials. I did not use any colour, due to my wish of creating the emmersive futuristic experinece for guests.
