The idea of my project is to create a comfortable and connected living environment for elderly residents. while looking at a amazing view and make natural walking spaces for them

Project description

This project is an elderly housing development consisting of two residential towers designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for senior residents. The design focuses on accessibility, wellbeing, and social interaction to create a healthy living community.

The project includes a variety of shared facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, and clinic to support both the physical and social needs of the residents. The spaces are planned to encourage movement, relaxation, and connection between users while maintaining comfort and privacy within the residential areas.

the building is made by flat slab system for the towers and shell structure for the rest
