The design uses shifting levels and dynamic forms to maximize outward views and create diverse visual connections with the surroundings.
The building is designed with a stepped, staircase-like form that gradually rises to create a series of accessible terraces overlooking the atrium. This layered massing strategy maximizes surrounding views, allows natural light to penetrate deeper into the spaces, and creates a stronger visual connection between the interior environment and the outdoors. The terraces also provide outdoor gathering areas that enhance the spatial experience and promote interaction throughout the building.
Structurally, the project utilizes a flat slab system, allowing for wide open spaces with minimal beam interruptions. This system provides greater flexibility in the interior layout, creates clean ceiling lines, and supports the modern architectural language of the project. The flat slab structure also improves spatial efficiency, reduces overall floor-to-floor height, and works effectively with the stepped massing of the building, ensuring both structural stability and architectural continuity.
