An exceptionally innovative and intellectually compelling interior design proposal that successfully redefines the relationship between sustainability, technology, and human-centered living within compact urban environments. The project moves beyond conventional residential design by transforming natural daylight into the central architectural element of the spatial experience.
Particularly remarkable is the integration of the “LumenCone” system, which demonstrates a sophisticated fusion of environmental engineering, optics, and architectural thinking. Rather than treating sustainability as an additional technical layer, the proposal embeds environmental performance directly into the core identity of the apartment, creating a truly holistic design approach.
The project addresses one of the most critical challenges of contemporary urban living—the absence of authentic daylight in dense residential typologies—with an elegant and visionary solution. The use of optical fiber light transmission and prismatic diffusers creates an immersive atmospheric quality that elevates both spatial comfort and emotional well-being.
The minimalist interior language is highly successful in allowing light itself to become the primary architectural material.
