One of the more thoughtful student projects honestly. The dual-concept approach architecture meets autism spectrum design gives it real purpose. Spatial zoning, the Nebesys system, and the sunken garden all feel like genuine design decisions. Site reading is solid, and technically the student clearly understands a building beyond just its appearance. Renders are clean and communicate atmosphere well.
The Nebesys system is the most innovative element yet never properly detailed , it needs its own drawing. The recessed bedroom volume feels disconnected from the main mass without a clearer explanation. The autism-friendly zoning diagram deserves much more visual prominence given it's central to the whole concept. The concept circle diagram carries a strong idea but the execution is too weak for what it's trying to say.
