Dear Carolina,
The Project Gardens of Water establishes a space that celebrates the multicultural diversity of São Paulo. The mixed-use development optimizes natural resources while integrating rainwater harvesting and ecological corridors as active environmental management strategies for the urban environment.
The integrated components enhance active community interaction, restoring the concept of a "living corridor” an element largely absent from contemporary urban planning. Nowadays contemporary architecture feels completely detached from the local community; consequently, cities lack the structured urban development framework necessary to support pedestrians and engaging environments.
The project showcases a meticulously designed to achieve harmony while simultaneously generating spatial innovation across its residential, commercial, and recreational zones. The project's distinctiveness lies in the cultural identity expressed within the architectural typology, as and the strategic integration of architectural muralism within the interior/exterior.
As a final note, the proposal requires no further modifications or additions. The architectural and urban preliminary design fully complies with all technical information and effectively communicates the underlying architectural concept and the urban context. On top of that, the layout design sets a high standard; utilizing a harmonious color palette that matches the renders and it perfectly highlights the architectural concept and ensures optimal legibility for everyone.
Great work, Carolina. All the best for your future designs!
