Project description

Everyday life, eight hours of eye contact with the monitor screen and a sedentary lifestyle lead not only to possible success in various fields of activity but also to critical health problems. However, architecture can solve even this problem of today. Every day of the workers begins with a walk along the facade, through the terraces, cafes, greenery and magnificent views of the city. And after the next working day, you seem to go back down to earth for your personal affairs. Greenery at different levels takes part of the view from the window and saves from exhaust fumes, concrete city ... Big things require comfortable conditions.

Technical information

Medium-sized office and business center near the metro Nyvky, Kyiv. The total area of office space is 4500 sq.m. The office center includes a café-restaurant for employees, an exhibition center (+ showrooms), a conference hall, a gym, a swimming pool and several cafes. There is also an underground car park on floors -1 and -2. The roof of the building is equipped with a large number of sun protection panels to increase the energy efficiency of the building.
