The idea of the project is based on the community participation of individuals in a community of calm and sports at the same time to separate between the noisy life and the area of self-reflection and development
The project is about creating various spaces and dividing them with buildings and creating special areas for each building that has its function, and at the same time these spaces combine to form the meaning of the participatory club.
I would suggest the author of the project to cover each of the zones of the district in more detail. Add facades for each of their buildings, work out the design so that each of them is different, but at the same time included in the overall concept. Now there is not enough information on each zone, in my opinion.
Functional zoning. It’s not entirely clear why the children's area is located so far from the social and sports area? They can be located side by side, complementing each other. In the sports area, a children's area can also be added.
/Submitting an idea. The lower part of the tablet looks very bright and unusual, especially the chosen colors. I would do a master plan on the top of the tablet in the same shades. You can also add a separate block perspective view of each of the buildings.
