The idea of the project is inspired by the child’s instinct that characterizes all children such as movement, curiosity and creativity, as we have applied each characteristic in a specific aspect of the building, where we find the characteristic of movement applied in the Architectural form Creativity is represented in the colors inspired by the first sweets that children love Curiosity is more applied inside the building than outside
The building is a group of blocks, where each block represents a specific function in the building, where we can divide the building into many functions such as places designated for workers, teachers and places designated for children
The form of the project seems very interesting, playful in a way and from the first sight it can be understood what function does it preform. However that can be a virtue as well as flaw. Should the language of architecture be literal, understandable to all or should it preserve some sort of mystery. Of course, that's open to a discussion.
Also, it would be very interesting to see how does that reflects in the interior as well. Maybe having different forms for different age groups or something similar.
I am very interested to know why precisely these shapes as well and these colors. One research was developed in small kids, about the shapes and colors they recognize when they are really small and how those develops during their age. It's very interesting, it reminded me of this project.
All in all, very interesting and fun project !
