Today, people who are looking for cozy housing for themselves and their families increasingly prefer this type of development as a residential complex. Therefore, the construction of a multifunctional complex is a promising direction for modern urban planners. The main idea when designing a residential complex was to create comfortable and affordable housing for all residents of the quarter.
Popis projektu
For the design, a site was selected located on the territory of Rzhevka, Porokhovye, an area of mass residential construction in the east of St. Petersburg. Quarter: To ensure accessibility, the school is located in the very center of the quarter, and kindergartens in the lower and middle parts of the quarter. The main boulevard axis passes through the quarter. There are objects of cultural heritage on the design site, the project plans to preserve them and adapt them to a social and cultural function. Residential complex: The residential complex is located near the Okhta River. On the north side, the complex borders on the embankment, on the other side, there is an intra-quarter road that provides access to the complex. There is also an entrance to the complex from the western side, the entrance to the underground parking is designed here, as well as access to the stylobate for a fire truck. The complex is placed on a stylobate, under which there is a parking lot for the residents of the complex. Each floor has its own unique structure due to the cantilevered removal or deepening of some rooms and premises. In order to emphasize the complex structure of the building, the planes of the facades, which do not have a cantilever extension or recess, were designed in a different color. The completion of each tower house is a public floor, which can accommodate a sports hall, a winter garden or a recreation area for residents.
Technické informace
The complex in plan is a closed quadrangle. At the corners are residential towers. Residential buildings are connected by commercial and public blocks. Despite the varying layout of the towers, the design was created in such a way that the structure and plumbing system spanned the building at the same points along its entire length. The building is designed with a complete monolithic reinforced concrete frame using external hinged wall panels.
