Idea projektu
The idea is to create a flexible design with a modular unit that changes according to the space, its function & users to reach the maximum quality of experience for the user by adding suitable environmental treatments to reach human comfort. The philosophy: is to integrate workspaces with leisure areas to increase productivity for users and create a place with a comfortable environment, it also opens leisure spaces for the public not only for those who work which gives a big chance for better social interaction and helps those startups that came from different places to know the community of this city that they're in.

The “Pixels Of Aswan” is a new society in Aswan city, providing positive social interaction with a wide range of physical and mental benefits. It calls young innovations, startups, companies, and society to the city that can come and spend a day in the leisure space. Part of the project is designed for business incubators to help young startups innovate and grow, it also provides workspace, mentorship, education, and access to the public.
Technické informace
-The building construction is cavity walls for thermal insulation with the concrete skeleton structure system. -Narrow Design to increase air velocity with wind orientation. -Used Water Bodies, Hanging plants, wooden shades & Louvers to reduce direct radiation. -P.V Cells on roofs & Parking shades to reduce energy consumption.
