The project consists of a wide variety of activities focusing on various activity groups which are considered as most leisure activities in the present generation. and city service apartments
also the project revolves main activities which embrace Beirut's identity divided in four districts ( food , music , art , education )
Also The project revolves the main activities of the port such container terminal , roro terminal , Passenger terminal and Port administration.
changing the technical way of the import and export in the terminals . Automated port operation will deliver operational efficiency , improve operational processes , and promote a safer working environment. technology will work the terminal harder , better , faster , smarter
The project is characterized by a clear graphic design and has good ideological assumptions. There is a reference in the work to numerous references from foreign countries that perfectly fit into the designed space. However, the work should be extended to a more detailed urban design with a division not into zones but into new buildings. There should also be simple visualizations of new space, which would greatly enrich the work. A great value of the project is the correct implementation of the conceptual design of the seaport, with particular emphasis on the container terminal.
