DESIGN OF A CONTEMPORARY CITY DISTRICT IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE HISTORIC CITY
Idea projektu
The main idea of the project is to return the activities and spaces for people in next to the historic center of Třebíč by uncovering the Stařečka stream and transfering the bus station from existing position next to the railway station for better connection of bus and train public transport.
Popis projektu
The project is focusing on two areas in city of Třebíč which are Stařečka and railway terminal. In Stařečka there is proposal of new city structure created by city block which have commercial spaces in ground floor and apartments in upper stories. It also focuses on future possibilities of the city how to grow inside of the municipality instead of growing to the countryside.
Technické informace
Project is mainly an idea how the city can work with the structure in its center to make it more dense. While creating the proposal, usage of green and blue energy were considered (green flat roofs/grey water etc.)
