Improvement of the observation deck "Vorobyovy Gory"

Currently, the observation deck is not in the best condition. Despite the rich history of the place and the popularity of the place, today it is not being improved. Near the observation deck is the most famous university in Russia - Moscow State University, the observation deck is visited by tourists and residents of the city.
I want to correct this by offering my vision of this territory. A zone for public events, a food court with national cuisine, a co-working space, a science center and an updated observation deck can become another gem of Moscow.
Due to the peculiarities of the relief, it is possible to divert the road under the site. There are no such places on the territory of Moscow yet.
The task was to present the concept of landscaping, taking into account all existing problems, visitor analysis, history and landscape analysis.
The project solves a number of problems:
Lighting
landscaping
Zoning
Modern look

The student makes a very good attempt with her idea articulations.
However these observations and suggestions will help improve the scheme:
1. the existing situation has not been depicted in images and sketches to appreciate and compare the proposals afterwards,
2. Did you consider the needs of users including tourists by obtaining feedback on the existing by any statistical data such as interviews and surveys,
3. the proposed master plan could have been labelled in English as an alternative language for easy reading,
4. the proposal images does not have description or caption to understand what the student is articulating,
5. it will be useful to have signage to guide all users and give orientation especially for persons with disability
6. what provisions did you make for the facility to be friendly to the disabled
Tato zpráva je určena pouze studentovi a nebude veřejně publikována a to ani reakce studenta na ní. Nicméně tato zpráva podléhá schválení týmu INSPIRELI z důvodu ochrany studentů.
