The context is the backbone of the concept, therefore it is necessary to present a wider area in order to illustrate the idea of “view making”. The lack of natural lighting and ventilation in residential units (in living rooms and bedrooms) is the main defect of the presented work. Furthermore, the constructive elements (columns) incapacitate the use of the garage (traffic lanes and access to parking places). Overall, the architectural design of residential buildings is questionable.
