Villa 3+2

Idea projektu

The idea of this project is the easy construction of villas using prefabricated concrete. Precast concrete is brought to the construction site and we can build different types according to the location of the villas (three-room, four-room, five-room villa). The staircase in the communication core in these villas is stacked one above the other. The suspended parts rotate by thirty degrees and thus create a walkable green roof and for the higher floors.

Popis projektu

In the project I dealt with a prefabricated villa, which can be adapted by settling on the plot to different sides of the world, by rotating it and hanging it.

Technické informace

The supporting part of this building is the communication core, which is firmly anchored in the ground. The material is prefabricated concrete. The extended parts are anchored to the communication core using lattice beams.

Villa 3+2

This project explores the concept of modular, prefabricated villas designed for adaptability and ease of construction. The central idea involves a vertically anchored communication core, from which living units are cantilevered and rotated by 30 degrees. This rotation creates walkable green roofs and allows for varied orientations, enabling the villas to respond to different site conditions and views. The use of prefabricated concrete elements and lattice beams for structural support demonstrates an understanding of efficient building methods. The design's modularity offers flexibility in creating three-room, four-room, or five-room configurations, catering to diverse user needs. However, while the structural concept is innovative, the architectural expression and spatial articulation could benefit from further development. The project would be strengthened by a more detailed exploration of interior layouts, material choices, and how the design fosters a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Overall, "Villa 3+2" presents a promising approach to modular housing, emphasizing adaptability and efficient construction. With additional refinement in architectural detailing and user experience considerations, it has the potential to contribute meaningfully to the discourse on prefabricated residential design.
