Idea projektu
The project idea is the creation of villas from the union of some modules adhering to a central axis. The construction modules are divided into 3: the corridor module, the ramp or stair module and the room module. The functionality that we provide is a day area and a night area, so the tour always begins in the day area, which consists of kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms. Both areas are separated by the staircase or ramp module, which creates a transition space where we insert the pool. Everything is organized from an orthogonal plot facing south.
Popis projektu
Through materiality, a natural atmosphere and connection with the environment is achieved. To self-supply the villa, the modules are integrated in the design by photovoltaic solar panels and solar thermal. The shape of the cell also facilitates the collection of water. The villas are accessed by wooden walkways designed in an organic way and being exclusively pedestrian.
Technické informace
The materials used are mainly pine wood and glass, for the coverings and the structure would be light and metallic. The transport of modules will be carried out by trucks from the workshop located at Mokrice 180C, 49243, Oroslavje, Croatia; at a distance of 292 km (2h 53min) to the workplace. This workshop has 2 crane bridges and enough dimensions for its assembly. Subsequently, upon arrival at the workplace, each module will be placed with crane that allows its exact placement. The transport company that will cover this service should provide the right equipment for the essencial construction of the villa. For the construction of a villa we will use 16 modules in total, approximately. It is decided that upon arrival of each module it is arranged on site directly, so there is no collection area. Likewise, a maneuvering area is prepared for the trucks and the roads with a provional widht of 3,5 m are prepared for a correct circulation of the trucks.
