Idea projektu
The task is to create a project during the practice (1 month) and present it. The goal was to study the principles of design in hot countries and offer their own vision of form and design for the studio.

Multi unit building includes: 1 floor lobby and 2 apartments, as well as access to the courtyard for walking and sports in the pavilion. 2-5 floors consist of apartments. On the top floor there is a bar, a barbecue area and a swimming pool.
Technické informace
The building structures are made of reinforced concrete.

This multi-unit residential proposal demonstrates an understanding of vertical housing organization in a hot climate, with a program including a lobby and public courtyard on the ground level, apartments on floors 2–5, and a communal rooftop space featuring a bar, barbecue, and swimming pool. The concept of integrating recreational and communal functions is appropriate and shows a commendable attempt to promote livability in dense housing.
However, the architectural design remains generic and lacks a clear identity. The façade treatment is conventional and does not reflect any climatic adaptation or cultural reference. The internal organization of the apartments and circulation lacks detail, and the spatial quality of the public courtyard and rooftop is insufficiently articulated. Structural systems (reinforced concrete) are mentioned, but there is little integration with environmental or passive design strategies.
Overall, while the project establishes a basic functional layout, it would benefit significantly from refinement in architectural language, passive environmental performance, and deeper engagement with place-specific design logic.
