Terraced houses in Brno-Líšeň
Idea projektu
Můj nápad pramenil z jistoty, že nechci vytvořit klasické řadovky kvádrů. Proto jsem hledal určité rysy, co chci od těchto domů. Řadové domy se budou nacházet na klidném pozemku u velkého města. Proto hlavní čemu jsem chtěl přizpůsobit návrh, byl opak města - výhled do krajiny a k přírodě. Tvořil jsem s nevšední hmotou - lichoběžníkovými hranoly - ty mi dodaly potřebnou volnost, prosvětlenost a soukromí. My idea came from the certainty that I didn't want to create a classic series of blocks. Therefore, I was looking for certain features of what I wanted from these houses. The row houses will be located on a quiet lot near a large city. Therefore, the main thing I wanted to accommodate in the design was the opposite of the city - views of the countryside and nature. I was creating with an unusual mass - trapezoidal prisms - which gave me the necessary freedom, light and privacy.

Navržená zástavba čítá šest řadových domů. Jsou situované, aby měly nerušený výhled a zahradu ze svahu dolů. Tento výhled ovlivnil i celý koncept této zástavby. Podřídilo se mu její natočení, i umístění oken, které je v každém podlaží jiné. Je tomu proto, aby se zachoval výhled, vytvořil se stín, kde je potřeba, a naopak přivedlo světlo. Všemi náležitostmi se pak snaží domy přiblížit k udržitelné architektuře. Nechtěl jsem, aby působily řadové domy jako masa domů, ale zároveň jsem je musel nějak propojit. Proto jsem domy svázal v přízemí a v patře jsem nechal sníženou garáž, abych jí oddělil jednotlivé domy. The proposed development comprises six terraced houses. They are positioned to have unobstructed views. The view is subordinated to its rotation, as well as the position of the windows, which is different on each floor to give you various pleasures in every room. This is to preserve the view, create shadow where it is needed and in turn bring light in to maintain the sustainability of the houses. I don´t wanted terraced houses feeling like a mass, but I wanted to connect them at the same time. That‘s why I connected the individual houses with a lowered garage.
Technické informace
Konstrukci celého domu jsem uvažoval v keramických tvárnicích a železobetonovém stropě. V mých řadových domcích mám okna na tři strany, pro proslunění. Velkoformátové okna jsou zde navržena směrem do zahrady, nejen pro prosvětlení celé místnosti, ale i pro výhled do krajiny. Jsou zde vegetační střechy a dřevěné obložení, pro vzezření krásy přírody. Každý z domů má svojí garáž, místo před domem na příležitostné podélné parkování. Po celém domě je navržené podlahové vytápění, které vyhřívá tepelné čerpadlo. Interiér jsem ladil do světlejších barev, stejně jako celou zástavbu. Nábytek pro kontrast do tmavších odstínů barev a dřevin. I considered the construction of the whole house in ceramic blocks and reinforced concrete ceiling. In my terraced houses, I have windows on three sides for sunlight. The large windows here are designed to face the garden, not only to illuminate the whole room, but also for the view of the landscape. There are vegetated roofs and wooden panelling, for the appearance of the beauty of nature. Each of the houses has its own garage, a space in front of the house for occasional longitudinal parking. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which is heated by a heat pump. I matched the interior to lighter colors, as well as the entire development. Furniture to contrast the darker shades of colors and woods.
