This building is inspired by penguins. Penguins are a symbol of compatibility, the importance of community and living together with love and peace. Minimal style has been used in the design of this building, for this reason it gives a sense of simplicity and comfort to the space and is in complete harmony with the surrounding coastal nature. The green space around the building is connected to the roof garden by a beautiful and pleasant path with a ramp. The roof garden also has a view overlooking the relaxing atmosphere of the sea. White cement has been used on the exterior of the building, which has waterproof and moisture-resistant properties. It reflects light and heat, it is recyclable and environmentally friendly, it is affordable and has a beautiful appearance. It makes the structure pleasant. The design of the windows is such that the interior space benefits from natural light during the day and connects the interior space and the surrounding greenery. The design of the pool and the greenery of the garden has doubled the visual appeal of this unique beach villa This villa is designed in such a way that a reservoir is created under the ground of the yard to collect surface water and seasonal rainwater in order to irrigate the green space and swimming pool to save water consumption. This villa is designed to be environmentally friendly, that is why recyclable materials such as glass and cement have been used in it, and by creating harmony between the elements of the surrounding nature and the villa, we tried to create the least change in the surrounding nature in order to witness a pristine and untouched landscape in the villa.
