The project of building a blocked residential complex

Idea projektu

The project aims to reveal the relationship of the planning structure of a group of houses with the natural features of the place, with the urban environment and the specifics of the transport system. The presented architectural solution is compositionally complete, as well as contributing to a comfortable and safe stay on the territory.

Popis projektu

A blockaded residential building is a house formed by the connection of several low-rise individual houses with land plots and isolated entrances adjacent to each other. For each block of the house, the concept offers the following set of rooms: on the ground floor there is a combined living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as utility and technical rooms, on the second floor there are three bedrooms. The volumes of the houses are united by a common inner wall. Car parking is provided at each house. The roof is flat with a slope for the installation of a drain. A flexible plan allows you to create an additional bedroom on the ground floor, for example, for the elderly or low-mobility groups of the population, for the same group there is the possibility of installing a ramp.

Technické informace

The structural scheme of the houses is represented by load-bearing walls and beams. Ceramic bricks, steel elements are provided for construction, bitumen–polymer antiseptic mastic and rolled materials for the roof. The outer side of the walls is decorated with decorative elements made of wood. The combination of materials of natural shades increases the integrity and aesthetic appeal of the project.

The project of building a blocked residential complex

This residential complex project offers a thoughtful and practical response to contemporary suburban living, successfully combining individual privacy with collective harmony. The arrangement of low-rise, connected houses around private land plots ensures a comfortable and safe environment, while the flexible internal layouts allow for important inclusivity features, such as ground-floor bedrooms for elderly or low-mobility residents. The restrained use of natural materials like ceramic bricks, wood, and steel elements lends the project a warm, cohesive aesthetic that integrates well with the natural surroundings. The provision of direct parking for each unit adds further functional convenience. A deeper exploration of public or semi-public outdoor spaces could enrich community interaction within the development. Overall, this proposal offers a balanced and human-centered approach to low-rise urban housing.
