In this project we can identify 2 sectors:
NORTH SECTOR through architectural and spatial interventions. We generate a route that generates expectations in the viewer.
In the SOUTH SECTOR, we seek to generate an important node for the community, creating a community-scale public building that serves as a filter between the residential area and the historical area.
The technical data is well-presented—clean, clear, and easy to interpret. The information is organized in a way that supports the overall project narrative without overwhelming the viewer. It reflects a thoughtful understanding of how to communicate technical intent effectively.
The graphics and isometrics are simple yet helpful in enhancing the presentation. They complement the concept well and make the flow of the design process more accessible. The perspectives are well-composed and capture the mood of the spaces effectively, helping the viewer visualize how the project will function in real life.
The concept of a timeline that transitions from a dark past toward a more inclusive, communal future is both poetic and powerful. The separation into North and South sectors adds depth to the project narrative—balancing individual experience with community engagement. The architectural interventions are purposeful and emotionally resonant.
