The City Hall will reflect the identity of Lefkoşa (Nicosia), North Cyprus, a city rich in cultural heritage and historical depth. It will serve as a civic landmark and a dynamic public space that bridges the city’s past with its vision for the future. The project promotes “sustainable vibrancy” through a mix of uses and diverse public activities, including cultural, recreational, and community-oriented events. It seeks to transform the traditional perception of government institutions by designing an open, inclusive, and welcoming urban environment that strengthens civic life and enhances public spaces.
