The project presents a highly successful approach in transforming the idea of escaping the hustle and bustle of city life into an architectural experience. The concept of recreation, addressed not only through entertainment but also through mental relaxation, social interaction, and physical well-being, is a key element that strengthens the project. The architectural language, inspired by the form of flowers, gives the project a unique and memorable identity. The plan, developing around a central courtyard, naturally organizes user movements while simultaneously creating a strong social hub. The balanced use of open and semi-open spaces allows users to maintain a constant connection with nature, supporting the "urban retreat" concept. The integrated design of the landscape enhances the project's atmosphere. The variety of sports areas, swimming pool, children's playgrounds, and social spaces offers inclusive use catering to different age groups. The strong geometry of the Corten Steel exterior shell gives the project a contemporary and iconic character while increasing its visibility from afar. The segmented roof system seen in the sections and elevations gives the building a dynamic silhouette and supports the use of natural light. The design language, perspectives, and visual storytelling techniques also present the project's concept in a clear and impressive way, successfully reflecting the architectural strength of the design.
• While the circulation scheme developing around the central courtyard is strong, some corridors being too long may weaken the user experience; intermediate resting areas and shaded passageways could be added.
• Although the roof and facade language derived from the flower form looks impressive, it may cause a loss of usable space in some interior areas; the functional use of narrowing corner volumes, in particular, could be re-evaluated.
• The relationship between open sports areas and quiet resting areas could be resolved in a more controlled manner; landscape buffers or elevation differences could be used to reduce noise levels. Considering the Delhi NCR climate, large hard surfaces risk creating heat accumulation; permeable surfaces and dense shading elements could be increased.
• Although the Corten Steel exterior shell has a strong aesthetic impact, it may create heating problems in the summer months; a second shading layer or natural ventilation gaps could be developed.
• The relationship between parking areas and the landscape could be strengthened; green pockets and shaded parking solutions instead of hard vehicle areas could provide a higher quality entry experience to the project.
• In the interior organization, some functions feel disconnected from each other; more fluid spatial transitions could be established, especially between wellness, sports, and social areas.
