Work description

Research Group: High Energy PhysicsParticle Physics Phenomenology InternshipIn their work, the candidates will carry out some investigations about some open questions in particle physics and cosmology within the above mentioned research projects. The candidates should be registered as PhD/Master students in High energy (or theoretical or particle) physics under the supervision of a particle phenomenologist. The intended project would be about gravitational waves from phase transitions.In addition to the theoretical basics knowledges, the candidate should have good skills to do a real research work in particle physics and cosmology, especially numerical programming (Fortran, C++ or Python) and he should be able to work with the popular packages under linux.-Some knowledge about the Standard Model
