Work description

The student will support continuous improvement activities in the production area by analyzing processes, collecting and evaluating performance data, and identifying improvement opportunities. The role includes participation in lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, process optimization, waste reduction, and root cause analysis in collaboration with production teams. The candidate will also help implement and track improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
