the concept is about view making so we split the building for high view rate and then made it equal so every single flat of 12 one is seeing the Nile

mixed-use project with 2 floors of the mall and 9 floors of residential, every floor contains 12 apartments each one of them seeing the Nile river and there is a variety of apartments to serve more people

The context is the backbone of the concept, therefore it is necessary to present a wider area in order to illustrate the idea of “view making”. The lack of natural lighting and ventilation in residential units (in living rooms and bedrooms) is the main defect of the presented work. Furthermore, the constructive elements (columns) incapacitate the use of the garage (traffic lanes and access to parking places). Overall, the architectural design of residential buildings is questionable.
