Hogr is founder and CEO of GoshaArch GoshaArch is involved in designing and realizing a diverse array of urban, cultural and commercial projects around the globe. GoshaArch is a collaboration of architects and designers that believe architecture is a practice of optimism. GoshaArch approach our projects with the attitude that to make great places, you must believe in the future, with respect of the past.

GoshaArch architecture emerges from the idea that a designs should be expressive and reflect contemporary life. Innovation is at the core of our design process. We believe that bold design must be realized with sustainable technology and we strongly believe that the art of architecture lies in creating a maximum impact within the constraints of budgets and functionality. We know from experience that great architecture comes from working with great clients; however, architecture is a public art and we hold ourselves accountable not only to the client, but to the communities, and cities in which we build.

Hogr Mirzashexa and his partners Ahmed and Zanwer, established GoshaArch in Erbil, Kurdistan, in 2019 after graduation of Salahadin University college of engineering
Architecture department.

He completed his architectural education at the Department of Architecture of the FCE at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava under the guidance of visiting professor Pavol Paňák, co-founder of the architectural office A B.K.P.Š. where he completed 2-year internship shortly after school. In 2020, he successfully completed his doctoral studies by defending his final thesis entitled "Innovations in Spatial Planning Processes" and joined the Department of Architecture as a researcher and university teacher. He also applies the acquired knowledge and research on realisations in his own architectural practice within Orava region. In the academic field, he systematically deals with regional issues with a focus on the preservation of architectural heritage in northern Slovakia.

I have been influenced by different kind of architecture since I had possibility to study and to work around the world. I like to cook and cooking, like architecture is a manifestation of the capacity of the human spirit to transcend its limitations. My work mainly reflects natural processes between nature, eco sustainable and human development.

As an Architect my architectural focus is sustainable urban development. Being a citizen of Tbilisi, Georgia I have to deal with many different urban issues taking place in my home city. It is a great opportunitie to deal with them in a sustainable way of thinking in order to reshape the city in its best way. Working With A foreign company gives me a lot of opportunities to study internatiuonal cases and implement them into current projects.
